The rooms smell horrible. And they all look filthy

Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand, Lage gut Unser erstes Zimmer hatte ein defektes WC und ein nicht funktionierenden Fernseher beim 2. Zimmer waren diese Sachen in Ordnung nur leider war das Bett super durchgelegen und für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr schmal. Der Service war sehr hilfsbereit und hat versucht uns zu helfen.

We booked it early in the day . We got there around midnight and the lady at the desk told us the computer was locked and she couldn’t look up anything so we had to go around looking for a hotel late at night.

Very dissatisfied The rooms were small and not very clean. We stayed 1 night and ended up going to a different hotel for the rest of our vacation

I'm 72 yrs young I arrived went in did not like what I saw drug addicts, coming in, asked clerk if I can cancel my reservation he I would charged anyway. The place smelled horrible, went my room it was horrible the furniture needed to be trash can!!!!! Went to dinner someone went in my room with a key I turned off lites when I left, came back in lites on!!!!!! Floor in bad need of repair, train blows 3 times at nite can't sleep because of cigarette smoke, I put chair and table against dr to try and sleep it was horrible!!!!!... read more

We checked in late. Along with other guests,we had to wait in the lobby for someone to answer the hotel assistance phone. And had to wait for someone to come to font desk to check us in. The room, for the most part was clean but it smelled. The next morning around 930am, someone knocks on the door to ask if we're checking out. Within an hour, two more people from housekeeoing ask if we're checking out. That was aggravating.

Rooms are non smoking but heavy smoke smell. Dated/run down decor.
