It not a good place to stay guess I book a room at 11am they confirm my booking I drove 3 hours… on my arrival time the staff said the room was book out but they supposed to send me an email to let me to figure out funding somewhere but they didn’t say anything they let me come then said it booked out so I slept in my car…

Frustrated I tried to cancel the reservation and got nothing but the run around by the hotel and Hotels.com. Reservation was never cancelled. We had to go to Sleeps Inn due to us needing 2 rooms.
