Smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby, bathroom wasn't clean , there was ceiling tile missing in the hallway , floor in the room was dirty

Room was still dirty from past occupants people were smoking cigarettes in the rooms and i could smell it when got off the elevator to get to my room

This property was much better than the Calumet property as far as safety, however we were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. We initially asked for a new room and the second room was dirtier than the first. So we went tback to the first room and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. The face towels that were provided had hairs in them. We went out and bought our own set of face and body towels.

Sorry pee stained sheets with hair, hair In tub, dirty pillows with hair inside pillow case and soiled carpet. The place was filthy

Needs improvement The hotel can use some updating. Some or the towels had visible stains on them. I don’t think they were necessarily dirty, just stains that do not come off with the wash. Those should be automatically replaced. There is a smell of humidity in the room. We had to unplug the fridge in our room because every now and then it made the loudest noise. The staff was friendly. Although, i did have to call the front desk to ask a question and had to dial around 4 or 5 times before someone picked up.
