Showed up to check in for a hotel room booked weeks in advance only to be told they were overbooked and because we booked through a third party they couldn’t do anything about it. The hotel lobby was very dated, the general neighborhood is fine, but there are much better options in the same price range available.

All of the above? The room smells, the commode was not functioning flushing. The reception staff was very rude. Not at all helpful.

I arrived to the hotel at 12 midnight due to my flight being delayed. I did not get into my room until 1 am due to no one being at the desk to check me in. The whole experience was horrible! I would not be returning!
