My room had a roach occupants already. Pretty bad infestation. Like literally roaches everywhere. It was like the inside of an actual roach motel.

They refused to check my employee in because it was past midnight and the system was down so they turned her away., she was able to find a room at 3am after 2 hours of looking because hotels around the area were full. I am requesting a full refund for the hotel or will dispute the entire charge with American Express. My employee Miranda Meyna didn’t get any rest because she only slept 2 hours after all the inconvenience that they caused her.

So many problems I did not enjoy anything about this experience here. Primarily because i never stayed here and have been charged by hotels.com for a stay i never reserved. Yet a wk later i am still getting a run around about my refund after i have done everything i was asked to. I can gaurantee using hotels.com, Expedia, or extended stay is not something i will do when i plan my next trip. Considering it has taken this long to reverse charges that never should have happened in the first place.
