Needs improvement The hotel can use some updating. Some or the towels had visible stains on them. I don’t think they were necessarily dirty, just stains that do not come off with the wash. Those should be automatically replaced. There is a smell of humidity in the room. We had to unplug the fridge in our room because every now and then it made the loudest noise. The staff was friendly. Although, i did have to call the front desk to ask a question and had to dial around 4 or 5 times before someone picked up.

Should be condemned I shared photos I had taken with the desk clerk when I checked out a day early. I would have checked out immediately upon entering my room Thursday June 23rd except there were no reasonable rate rooms to be found. When I opened the refrigerator, I found cockroach feces all over the INSIDE of the door. Not on the outside of the fridge, but INSIDE of it. Last resort This hotel was in very bad condition The floor was sagging heavily and the toilet didn’t flush. It took over an hour to try and get a better room and even communicate with the front desk. Who when these issues were discussed were rude and not courteous. Very low chance we would recommend or stay again…

They had roaches

Not worth the money This was possibly the dirtiest hotel ive stayed at in my entire life. There was barely staff at the desk, the silverware was filthy and the room had all kinds of bugs and roaches. The internet went out at one point. Didnt know it was an additional fee for house keeping which i thought would be included. Dead bugs in all the drawers. Then the shower was horrible, we moved the shower chair and centipedes came crawling out. Also there was hair in the drain. Never going back and horrible service
