We didn´t have room available and they changed us to a different hotel. Nobody contacted me
The check in experience was not great. Arrived and they said the hotel was sold out even though I had a reservation. Sent me to another hotel which ended being nicer than the first.

It was roaches in the bed

You get what you pay for. They need more than 1 person there, so that guest don't have to wait to check in. There's only 1 elevator that I saw and it's very slow. The bedroom wasn't clean properly there was food behind the nightstand, the remote was sticky with food and other stains, the face towel had blue substance on it and 2 of the dry off towels had hair on them. Under the vanity in the bathroom was really dusty. I've stayed at a Extended Stay before, but this was by far the worse there was.

Bad, don t use this hotel. I was relocated to another place, then charged twice, and more than I was quoted . Then it takes days to be paid back the bait and switched quote. Do not trust the night audit here . I told him I paid and he charged anyway. Extremely unprofessional at BOTH PROPERTIES!

I saw some kind of bug when I sent to turn air conditioner down so I ended up not turning it down and sleeping with all the lights on. I didn't feel comfortable after seeing that. I was disappointed that they had run out of grab and go items (hot chocolate and muffins) by 8:30am, there were just 6 granola bars left.
