Honestly very disappointed in my stay here. I never write reviews and honestly I'm not easily disappointed. Flew in for business for a few days. Check in was fine, woman at front desk was nice enough. The entire second floor smelled like stale cigarettes (it's non smoking) and my room smelled the same. Didn't even take my clothes out of my suitcase to avoid the smell. Shower drain cover was broken so staff just left it in the tub. Tried to stick it out the first night. Not a second of sleep. Disappointing stained carpet,dismal front entrance, staff just overworked and unprofessional. No in room coffee, no dinnerware in cabinets, am coffee bar was completely inadequate. For an extended stay, I expected better. Bare minimum amenities here-so many other choices in the area.

This is a national brand and is located in a nice suburb in a great spot. I did not expect luxury at that price point but expected a clean facility. The floor in the room was stained everywhere which is gross. The TV only got analog channels and most channels had diagonal lines or snow on them. The trash room where you take your self collected trash (because they only clean the room once a week) was the foulest smelling place I have smelled in a while and I just returned from a trip to Haiti. Bad 2 day stay First off the smell of the hallway of dog poop on first floor plus the hallway is hot then ever! 2nd our heat didnt work in our room was told maintenance would come in Saturday by 6am that never happened cause they dont work weekends so Austin the manager lied to us saying he called off other lady real sweetheart lady was honest and working hard the night we came in so its 30 degrees all weekend long and room was cold we used the shower on hot water to warm bathroom up. 3rd the pot set they gave us was peeling... read more

Front desk good service Rooms smelled The lady at the front desk Was very friendly and helpful I forgot her day but she works nights and get off at 11:00 p.m. I give her 5 stars . The room had a odor to it and the covers on the bed smelled also

Badly managed I have gone here a couple of times the only reason I ever went back was cause of the prices but their service and front desk management is bad and immature. Unless all you want is the bare minimum of help I would advise not to go here. Employees eating sleeping and smoking on the job. I won’t waste my time here again. They can’t even supply you with an extra roll of toilet paper without take 30 minutes

The receptionist was high and took 30 minutes to come out and assist us only to tell us they don’t have a room although Expedia agent and Extended Stay staff confirmed it ahead of time. Terrible experience
