It was a bad experience. I was offered a smaller room on same price as the room I booked because the elevator was bad. No effort to get it fixed. I climbed the stairs with my bags. Assumed to have kitchenette but when asked for utensils, was told to pay. This was so strange. No toiletries availabe. I checked out the following day and was asked to get back to expedia for a refund.

So this was not good this establishment is disgusting when I entered the room there was still left over stuff from the people before house cleaning did not clean the room properly there was actual feces on my headboard different smelled of urine and there was work clothes still in back of the dresser dirty but don't tell the front desk that because then they will find a way to kick you out and keep your money this was a horrible experience do not go there not to mention the dead roaches we saw in the hallway and around the f... read more

Not the best. The room had no dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots or pans. Not much use to put in a kitchen with nothing in it except to force people to buy kitchen supplies at the front desk for inflated prices. It was also noisy from the busy highway at the front of the hotel and the air conditioning unit that we had to turn off in order to sleep well. At one point in our stay there was a dog barking all night. Hotel room cleaning service was only provided once every two weeks unless you wanted to pay extra for it. That i... read more

Bought the king side bed package and ended up with a twin or queen bed.
