Checked in, in the evening for a 3 night stay. The room had an odor, no soap and limited towels. Went to the front desk and the person couldn’t leave the front desk to get me soap because she didn’t have the keys to open the door. She wanted to give me an open bar of soap, I said no. She then decided to go to another room and give me that soap, she was able to leave the desk at that time. Terrible conditions at this location. Nails sticking through flooring where carpet was worn. You literally get 2towels,2 wash cloths. They charge you for exchanging clean towels. No coffee pot! No lobby with coffee. At night, you’re on your own! They literally lock the lobby up and you can’t get ahold of anyone at all!! Never ever will stay here again!!
