Staff is great, the rooms have seen better times, lots of scuffs and chips. Bed sheets and towels are changed every 2 Weeks!! No utensils, plates or any cookware as before, now it comes as an extra charge, so nothing about this hotel is basically an “Extended Stay” just a fridge probably and Vintage, electric stove….. Staff is great, but their hands are tied on what corporate has done to the place most likely.

Overall, the property is in rather good condition, however, Saturday afternoon, around 4pm, the elevator suddenly quit working and guests were not notified, nor were any signs placed on or near the elevator. This made it rather difficult as Saturday night we had to carry two heavy wedding gifts down three flights of stairs and the next morning we had to carry all of our luggage, including a larger cooler, down the same amount of stairs.

Felt like a prison. Front desk was closed with a metal curtain pulled down. Nothing extra, bare!!! No hair dryer, shampoo or soap. Light by the bed had to be unplugged to turn off.

There was no staff at arrival , had to wait 15 minutes before someone shows up. Also no staff when we were checking out.
It was a bad experience. Room was clean but the shower head needs fixing. It Start throwing water everywhere in the bathroom , it surely needs a new one. Plus the room smelled like someone had smoked in it before we arrived. And its suppose to be a non smoking room. Couldn't even had staff help cause noone was there at all. I left as soon as i woke up 7am smh

Service: Poor. The in-room phone did not work when dialing zero to reach the front desk (no dial tone). To use the phone, there was an extra charge. Requests for basic items like towels required going to the front desk in person. Housekeeping is only done every two weeks, so if you stay for a week, there is no housekeeping service at all.
