The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke, halls, elevator, and room.
The young man at the front desk was not helpful at all. Wouldn't answer questions until after I asked multiple times. He didn't bother to tell us the elevator didn't work until after we checked in. We explained we couldn't climb the stairs with our luggage and he told us there wasn't a choice as there were no downstairs rooms avaliable. We said we couldn't stay then and he said he couldn't check us out and we had to go through Expedia. We went out front to make the phone calls and found a Crack pipe in the front entrance. I paid for the room, however when I arrived they told me that all of the rooms are already booked and they cant give me one. I had to look for another hotel to stay in in the middle of the night. That is unacceptable.
It was a bad experience. I was offered a smaller room on same price as the room I booked because the elevator was bad. No effort to get it fixed. I climbed the stairs with my bags. Assumed to have kitchenette but when asked for utensils, was told to pay. This was so strange. No toiletries availabe. I checked out the following day and was asked to get back to expedia for a refund.

So this was not good this establishment is disgusting when I entered the room there was still left over stuff from the people before house cleaning did not clean the room properly there was actual feces on my headboard different smelled of urine and there was work clothes still in back of the dresser dirty but don't tell the front desk that because then they will find a way to kick you out and keep your money this was a horrible experience do not go there not to mention the dead roaches we saw in the hallway and around the f... read more
