Bug Infested Found 3 roaches in my room. Took videos of it just in case!!! Was in that room for 2 nights, however, management only gave me 50% off for 1 night. They did switch me to a different room immediately but definitely not the visual I needed before work. And to only give 50% off for 1 night when I was there for 2 is a slap in the face. I asked to give 50% off both nights and they refused. Like roaches in my room is my problem. Will never purchase again. Will be contacting corporate.

Horrible Manager!!!!! I reserved a non-smoking room but when we checked in the room, it smelled like cigarettes so my husband called to request for a change and as he was talking to the Manager, the Manager hung up the phone. My husband was very upset because he totally disregarded him by hanging up. When my husband went down to the front desk to ask who hung up, the Manager came out to show himself and went back to the back room and shut the door. Bug City The first room I was given had garbage all over and an unmade bed. I was given a new room. I laid down a couple hours and felt something weird so I hopped up only to find out when I pulled the covers back to was little black bugs crawling all over the sheets. Thoroughly disgusted!
