Got charged an outrageous $95+tax for checking early even when we stayed for less than 6hrs and the girl at front desk let me waiting

There was a used condom in my room, they didn’t offer a new room or a refund or any type of compensation.

Waited for 45 minutes outside in the cold to gain entry to hotel (Attendant was sleeping) literally horrible

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I am very upset with Expedia after I found out they charged me $30 more per night than the hotel’s regular rate. I’m done with Expedia!
