Don’t stay here The room smelled, sheets were scratchy and the only amenity was one small bar of soap. The kitchen cabinets were all completely empty. People were ha gong outside in lot all night being loud. No one at desk after hours and no one there until 9am.

There were no utensils in the kitchen. We checked in late so we could use kitchen for our baby until 10 am in the morning. At 10 am too there was no one at the front desk and had to wait for half hr more. Never going to stay at stay america again

Really. I don’t know which smelled worse the hallways or the room. Probably the room. Nasty, smelled like smoked bad bad bad! Burned my nose. I had go buy incense but was afraid they would catch me and charge me $250 for smoking. I won’t be back.

The hallway and the room has a musty smell. The fan over the range could not be turned off. Even though there is refrigerator and freezer in the room, it would have taken too long to make ice, and there is no other access for ice in the facility, had to walk to the closest fast food place. The shower head has some mold on it. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and should be replaced.

Terrible The place reeks of urine & mildew the second you walk in. Clearly visitors mainly live at this facility. We could not tolerate the smell so we did not end up staying. I wish we saw the reviews before hand.

I thought it would be clean and friendly place but the evening clerk hung up the phone on me twice when I had issues with my room just coming from hospitality industry we do not treat our hotel guest like this
