Terrible The place reeks of urine & mildew the second you walk in. Clearly visitors mainly live at this facility. We could not tolerate the smell so we did not end up staying. I wish we saw the reviews before hand.

I thought it would be clean and friendly place but the evening clerk hung up the phone on me twice when I had issues with my room just coming from hospitality industry we do not treat our hotel guest like this

Had to get another hotel room. Hallway, room, drapery all smells of smoke. Never again.

Booked two double beds but on arrival they said it’s overbooked , they don’t have double beds available, so one bed is available, staff was very rude , said complaint the company , we can’t help We check in at 11 pm and out at 4 am bc can’t sleep of only one bed available Worst experience Will never come back

Dont do it! The hotel is in desperate need of an update. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

There was not good bed to sleep it gives us back pain and neck pain. Breakfast was also not of good quality
