Scared I came in and there was a man coming down from the second floor with a scooter, the place was dirty and I had an event and came in arv11:00 at night and couldn’t get in, lucky there was a strange man to let me in. I would drown at sea before I book that hotel

Checked in, in the evening for a 3 night stay. The room had an odor, no soap and limited towels. Went to the front desk and the person couldn’t leave the front desk to get me soap because she didn’t have the keys to open the door. She wanted to give me an open bar of soap, I said no. She then decided to go to another room and give me that soap, she was able to leave the desk at that time.
