It was safe, clean and cheap. Staff was friendly and helpful. Guests were fine. Just a place to put your head down.

We had a surprisingly pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly. The room was good-size and very clean. Temperature control was simple and rapid. Entrance doors were a bit of a challenge (took plenty of effort to swing open), and the posted instructions in the entryway for how to use the phone for assistance (if no one was at the desk) were incorrect. The elevator worked, but made some unusual squeaky and banging noises...took some getting use to. Would stay again with hesitation.

Keycard didn’t work more than twice, I’ll be expecting a full refund as I didn’t even get to sleep there for the night because again, the keycard didn’t work more than twice so I ended up being locked out at night with no one to contact about getting into the room

One of the worst places I've had the unfortunate luck to stay in. Dirty. Leaky toilets (heard guest complaints), elevator so loud that I wasn't sure I would make it to my floor successfully or safely, no breakfast, not even coffee in the rooms or lobby. While the TV turned on, I couldn't get it to work using the on-screen instructions, guest laundry cost $5 per load in both washer and dryer, but no supplies available (had to find a Walmart to purchase), extra fees to rent cooking and eating utensils, internet wasn't working ... read more
