Nice, quiet hotel near downtown Naperville. While this facility is somewhat dated, it is clean and quiet and there is adequate parking. And the basic WiFi actually worked in my room and meet my needs. Note: there is an upgrade to faster internet service but that wasn't necessary in my case. Also, the free breakfast included fresh fruit and instant oatmeal that met my gluten free needs! I especially liked the convenient location and easy assess to downtown Naperville and I-88. I'll be staying here again on my next trip.
poor service There was not any one at the front deswhen you needed them. Plus when i neede extra towels i was told i had to come get them I

Very Nice! Excellent
Nice clean room at a great price! I saw some negative reviews on this hotel. I think some people expect a five star hotel for a two star price. I thought it was a great room at a very reasonable price! Clean and comfortable and a great shower!
dirty drawers There was what looked like toe nail clippings in one of the drawers in the kitchen area. There was a loud noise that continued till almost midnight which sounded like someone in the room above me was dropping a bowling ball or a child jumping off the bed on to the floor.
The best Hotel Manager I've ever met... I stayed at this hotel over the weekend. There were a few minor issues with my stay, but as soon as I brought them to Jayla's attention (the AGM) she was more than happy to help. She was absolutely amazing; she was friendly, upbeat, and did everything she could to help resolve the problem. Jayla's positivity and the fact that she took immediate action shows that she truly cares about her guests and wants them to have the best experience possible. On a scale of 1-10... Jayla gets a 12!
