Don't count on breakfast The "free breakfast" was some granola bars, red apples, oranges, and some muffins. Not really a "breakfast". The lobby was tiny, no business center, no work out center, and when you check in they don't tell you the time for "breakfast" they also fail to tell you that rarely there is any coffee for breakfast. Also the wifi is super slow but if you want the faster wifi you have to pay for it. The room was tiny, the kitchen didn't have any pots or pans, you have to request for those things.

Dirty room Dirty room, was not cleaned before. Checked in late, so no excuse when most of wing was empty. Only 1 night stay or else wouldve switched immediately. Told manager would call after check out but never received follow up, so now I have no choice but advise others of this experience.

Very unwelcoming staff at the front desk. Bed was completely at an angle (foot of bed way higher than head of bed) when we checked in. I fixed it myself. Small standing water/puddle in the kitchen.

Nice, quiet hotel near downtown Naperville. While this facility is somewhat dated, it is clean and quiet and there is adequate parking. And the basic WiFi actually worked in my room and meet my needs. Note: there is an upgrade to faster internet service but that wasn't necessary in my case. Also, the free breakfast included fresh fruit and instant oatmeal that met my gluten free needs! I especially liked the convenient location and easy assess to downtown Naperville and I-88. I'll be staying here again on my next trip.

poor service There was not any one at the front deswhen you needed them. Plus when i neede extra towels i was told i had to come get them I
