Great value and location The desk clerk sent me to the wrong room. Of course it was about as far from the elevator as you could get, as was the second room. But, the hotel was clean and in a great location. Amenities are sparse, no coffee pot in the room, one tiny bar of soap was the only toiletry and no top sheet on the bed. Overall, the price was great, the room was large and clean and the location was perfect.

Extended stay I arrived they had no booking in my name but it was paid for waited 20/25 minutes had to call Expedia to see why an my room had a big hole in the wall I was very unhappy for two days

Fantastic Located in an office park, it is very convenient. Room was large, kitchen clean and nice couch to relax on. The room is made for long stays. Great location

Staying for 4 nights. I thought I was getting a good deal, but found out I had to pay more than expected. Also, the room was never cleaned. I had to throw out all the garbage by myself. Never got any new towels. Had to use the same ones for two-three days. I ended going down to the office and asking for new dry towels. The office staff seemed pretty overwhelmed, especially in the evenings. Terence was a nice guy who worked on Sunday night. There was nothing In the kitchen except for the fixed appliances. We had 3 in our room with a king bed and a pull out. The pull out was not usable. The king bed was nice but not for 3 to sleep in. The staff were kind but clearly overwhelmed.

Like a little studio apartment Bring your own stuff, though! Minimal soap & towels provided. That's ok...I had it in the luggage anyway. You can request "packages" though, that include more amenities like plates & utensils. Most everything was fabulous; laundry facilities, cable, kitchenette. Very nice. My only issue was creamer for the coffee at the minimalist breakfast. I stayed in two of these extended stays during my trip and in both lovely places there was not a lick of plain unsweetened cream or milk anywhere for coffe... read more
