Dirty tub Was great except I could not shower in the bathtub. The tub was old and gross.

Just ok Hotel had construction going on in the front lobby. There were no signs directing guest on how to enter out front , the only signage was when you entered through the back door, and I had already tried 2 other doors. It was a child night and the heat was blowing out cold air all night. I asked the front desk clerk for a additional blanket for the pull out couch and she told me to come back after 1130 pm and ask again, I did, but I'm pretty sure she could have given me a blanket but was being lazy. very accommodating we loved our stay at this hotel! the staff was very nice & extremely accommodating! we will be staying at Extended Stay facilities from now on whenever we travel!

Cleanliness needs to be improved. The front desk employer seemed annoyed to have to check my reservation to get my room which I did not appreciate. The first room they gave us had blood on the bed sheets and the second room that they gave us smelled musty. It was a bit disappointing to have to stay there.

perfection! this was my first experience ever staying at an Extended Stay facility... i wasn't quite sure what to expect, but when i walked into the room they assigned me, i was AMAZED!!! tbe whole stay, everything included, was the best hotel experience i have ever had!
