This os the 3rd time i have a bad experience with them they send me to room that had no TV so i had to go amd get another room

Water logged Booked and paid for room w/king size bed. Also inquired about first floor room. Put in first floor room and Wasn’t told there are only queen beds on 1st floor. Stayed. Water on floor in bathroom which we cleaned up to have the toilet overflow when used. Had to plunge but no mop or maint to clean up floor
