Clean but rude night shift attendant i waited about 5 minutes before an attendant arrived to the front desk and there was other guest waiting with me. When the attendant came to help us he asked the guest in front of me what they needed. The person asked if she could have a set of dishes for the room. The attendant proceeded by correcting her grammar before he actually gave the items needed. When it was my turn to check in, he asked for a credit card for incidentals. They have great customer service, kind and helpful. Quinn is exceptional. The equipment needs some work for the kitchenette however the bed is clean and comfortable, the water is hot, not white glove clean, but clean. I am comfortable and safe. Good deals on the room and my commuter hotel.

If you have OCD do not stay here. Wasn't clean at all. The girl at the front desk was very nice though so it made it a little better

Both times I have stayed in the past couple of weeks, I have been checked in by Quinn, She is wonderful, friendly, kind, patient, and just all around happy. I have stayed in 5 star and 1 star hotels, and I have not met anyone who works customer service as well as she does. Congratulations on the find - do what you need to to keep her onboard - she is the reason I returned.
