A quite place in Napperville Kind and efficient personnel, comfortable and functional room, clean bathroom, kitchen well equipped. The "not at top" were the kitchen furniture, not cleaned inside and the breakfast, muffin and bars (the last might be the standard for the chain).

JUST OKAY BUT WOULDNT GO BACK! ROOM WAS FINE, USE TO MORE PILLOWS, HALL WAYS AND STAIRS WHERE FILTHY CUPS AND FOOD EVERYWHERE, LITERALLY! OUT SIDE DOORS HAD LOCK S THAT WERER BROKEN NO NED FOR CARD FOR ENTRY. ITS CONVIENT BUT PROBABLY WONT STY THERE AGAIN. I LOVE YOUR MADISON HOTEL ON THE FAR EASTSIDE! ksr
