We reserved non smoking through Expedía We were told that we had a smoking room My app showed non smoking and we were given a non smoking room We have stayed here many times and enjoy it

The customer service was not great after I checked in. I had to go get more towels because the ones in the room were dirty. Also i was awaken by a couple fighting in the hall as well as outside. I was not very happy with my stay.

Room didnt appear to be cleaned when it came to the outside microwave, counters, and dresser. I was happy to have a bed so didnt complain to front desk. Just cleaned it.
