OK for a quick layover. We had some issues finding the hotel entrance. They had the main lobby entrance blocked off because of new concrete. We drove around the building 3 times looking for another entrance but only saw a back door that was propped open. We parked and went inside to find the temporary main entrance. The gal that told us where it was had a bit of an attitude and went back in when I asked her to show me where it was. I assume she was manning the front desk and couldn't be gone for long. good value for money The hotel was well situated for our visit to Naperville. There were enough shops and restaurants within a 2 mile drive. The self catering facilities were basic but adequate for making light meals and the room was functional rather than luxurious. We did have a few problems with the room during our 14 day stay but the maintenance team were prompt and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful and if you are looking for a budget hotel I would recommend it. Our only complaints were the grab and go break... read more

Basically sound choice No problems found. Pretty much what I was expecting. Very convenient to strip mall shopping and highway. It is set back off of Route 59 a little, but within first commercial block of SE corner of Route 59 and Diehl Rd, so just circle the industrial block and you can't miss it.

Great rate - somewhat misleading promises. Overall, the hotel was fine. I got a great rate using Expedia's unpublished rates. However, the hotel advertised that breakfast and internet were free. While that is technically true... they called the breakfast "grab and go" which basically means there was coffee, granola bars, packaged muffins and some fruit that could be taken from the lobby. Very clean and modern room I was very pleased the modern style and comfort of the room and amenities. The hotel staff is friendly and there are many things to do within walking distance. This hotel is also pet friendly which is a huge bonus!
