It was nice just had to wait at the desk because the office staff was doing others things.
Nice little last minuet hotel I booked this hotel on at 9pm checked in at 12 am the same evening. Room was large and clean, didn't seem to be in a bad area. They allowed my girlfriends golden retriever to stay as well. Friendly staff, no problems. Good room for the price.
No ice macBhine Overall our stay was pleasant and the room was quite comfortable. Found it a little disconcerting that there was no ice machine. True, they had a refrigerator with empty ice trays, but it would have been good when we arrived to have a cold glass of water with ice. So if you stay here BYOI
Quiet, clean, affordable This hotel is very reasonably priced and had nice clean rooms. The hotel is only about a mile from an L station and we were easily able to catch it into the city.
Was very pleased with my stay
Served it's purpose I stayed for just an overnight visit. I didn't feel like driving home and it was okay. Front desk guy named Jim wasn't very pleasant or hopeful but overall, it served it's purpose for the night.
We were very happy with our stay at Extended Stay America in Naperville, IL. Although there was construction everywhere, we were still able to get in and out easily. We arrived later than we had planned, and the front desk person was there almost immediately to greet us. The hotel itself doesn't have lots of amenities, but the room was nice--the kitchen was clean, and the bed was very comfortable (we brought our own pillows).
