Alright This hotel wasn't great but wasn't horrible either. It was as expected for the price. Our room was very clean except it appeared that they forgot to clean behind the door of the bathroom as there was quite a bit of hair on the floor. The room had a smell of chinese take out but which was wierd but it was also very to the interstate, shopping restaurants, etc. My only real complaint was that there was not shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, only bar soap. Maybe that is typical of this brand, I don't know.

Convenient and Great You never know what to expect at some Extended Stay hotels, but this one in Naperville was a very pleasant surprise. Great front desk people - always willing to help - and a nice room that was clean and neat. Definitely will stay again when we need to stay in the area.

on the road I loved having the mini kitchen to make my own food or reheat food leftover from the restaurants in the area. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I thought the room was perfect for me because it allowed to make meals, sleep, and watch tv when I was not at the baseball games in Geneva. The hotel was very close to the expressway (tollway 88) and other major roads and there were many restaurants, gas stations, and stores quite nearby to satisfy any needs you might have.

Extended Stay Single Business Trip Good location, good size room though older. Bed was comfortable. Immediate hot water. Fridge, dishes, & microwave nice. One-time $4 charge for internet was a surprise. Next room had noisy party kids till 3 am last night there.

At first when you walk in it smells. But we decided to stick it out. Then after arriving to our room it seemed dusty and outdated. We stuck with it. Then on Friday when I was working ( I work remote) I was on break and laid down and my wife saw a roach crawling on the head board. We had to leave right away because my wife had allergies. Then we understood why her allergies were bothering so bad when we came back to the hotel. Nice staff but the hotel needs updating and better cleaning.

Horrible Establishment I stayed at this hotel for 2 weekends and the experience was terrible both weekends in 2 separate rooms. For one, it took 1 hour to cook bacon on our stove top and there was a bug splatter one the wall and when I asked for it be cleaned. The response I got was “house keeping was gone for today and that they would clean it in the morning”. So, not only did I have sleep next to it but in the morning no one ever showed.
