Carpet on 3rd floor needs vacuuming asap! The cabinet in my room are in need of repair and put the toilet paper on a wall dispenser asap

Had people blowing smoke in my ten year olds face and blocking entrance into hotel lobby while we carried in bags by ourselves. Had a dog barking at us all night. Bathroom smelled of urine and sheets were stained and smoke smell all through hotel. Garbage everywhere . Impossible to find staff

Took like 45 minutes to check in to my room. And my room was dirty. Sheets had stains and kitchen area had been used

My room was run down. Window didn't lock (first floor room) which is not safe. There were cigarette burns on the vanity top in the bathroom and it's a non-smoking room. The hallway smelled like marijuana the whole day I checked in. Staff were very nice. The maids do the best job they can with the condition of the room.
