FATAL La experiencia fue desastrosa ya que al llegar cercana la media noche la señora del Front Desk simplemente dijo que el hotel estaba sobre vendido que no podían hacer nada y que era mi problema. Jamás había tenido este tipo de atención.

Horrible experience Went to check in to the hotel as soon as I walked in the lady said “we have no rooms” so I said I had a reservation again she said “I have no rooms I’ll cancel you’re reservation” so I drove 20 min to get there someone should have called me when they ran out of rooms. Also, she could have at least apologized

Go elsewhere Building smelled like marijuana all the time. Had previous peoples garbage still on floor. Room service never made a visit over 5 nights. Garbage over flowing, no new towels, tissues were gone when I arrived.

Don’t want to make it worst by adding pictures! Worst in cleanliness.. Refrigerator had left over ice cream, Microwave was dirty!!! I don’t expect this if i am paying of it! Yes room was not dusted, there was dust allover table, TV side table near bed.
