At least it wasn't sleeping on the airport floor The window in our room wouldn't close all the way, not very good for a winter night in Chicago. Also our batteries in the remote were dead and we couldn't reach anyone at the front desk to get a replacement set. Room was clean overall, except for the dirty washrag left in the bathroom from the last guest. Overall not the worst but also nowhere near the best hotel we've stayed in. Eh. Not again You get what you pay for, room didn’t feel that clean. Had no kitchen utensils like cups or plates. Muffin wrappers on side of couch. Could tell they just did a lazy job cleaning everything. Pillows were dirty and they had no more lol. Only recommend this place if you are broke or don’t have any more options.
