Friendly staff, the only downside was the kitchen wasn't equipped with dishes or silverware.

Good price Overall the place was good but there were some remnants in the bathroom meaning toilet paper not flushed. Hair on the floor. I don't think the room was cleaned as well as it could have been but the sheets were clean and brand new and it was comfortable

Disappointed I have stayed at the extended stay right next door and the other one was much nicer and more upnto date. This hotel seemed a bit shady, I did not feel like that at the other one. I was hoping for the same experience

We were in Des Plaines for 1 night, on business. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly & accommodating. We were surprised that there were no kitchen supplies, but then read the room key jacket & learned that whatever we needed was available by calling the front desk. Though close to O'Hare, we never heard the planes take off or land.
