The staff were exceptional and I felt right at home. The room had some issues. Poor caulking around the tub, hot water controls that were confusing and not effective, poor drainage of the tub and around the sink, there was some clay-like material that meant the sink was "dirty". Also, there was no toilet paper - an empty roll hung on the dispenser.
Place to lay your head but don’t expect much
The manager was a bit rude in the beginning. But the room was very clean, very clean bathrooms. Only detractor was there are no ice machines here.
Billy assistant manager was excellent and the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. It’s refreshing to find great customer service. The room was really quiet. But if you want to drink coffee and cook bring your coffee pot and anything you might need. The website says that they have a grab and go and it does not. Also bring your own towels or pay for more.
