Ok for the price Continental breakfast consisted of coffe, hot water & oat meal packets. Staff was friendly!! The first room the AC broke down, and they had no maintenance man so they moved up. Toilet seat in 2nd room was broken but we could live with that.

Good deal . Kitchenet good size. Newer bathroom. Color scheme could be a little brighter.

There are a lot of pets. I don't think it is clean.

Cheap, but you pay the price. The bed was super hard and the comforter was stained. The head board was noticeably dirty. Stayed for 3 days and never got new towels. The TV is tiny and does not show you the channel and there is no guide. The street sign on Touhy does not light up at night so you can easily drive past it.

Front desk barely knew English and breakfast was horrrible

Not the best selection...look elsewhere. Staff at the hotel are very nice and professional. They are super helpful and will tend to your needs. When I booked this hotel, I had no idea that there is NO HOUSEKEEPING at all during your stay (only for people staying 8 nights or more). I booked 5 nights and our beds were never made and sheets/towels never changed. You are responsible for making your own bed and cleaning your own room.
