I have never stayed at a hotel where u had to remove your own trash or pay for more towels I stayed 7 days and nights and had to buy my toilet paper and remove my own trash I would never stay here again and front desk is closed at 8 pm until 9am so if your key stops working you have wait forever for someone to come down and make a new one

I reserved two 2 bed rooms for 8 people. I got two rooms with 1 queen bed each. People had to sleep on the floor. No extra pillows or blankets and no person manning front desk at night to get blankets or pillows. I was also charged for rooms with two queen beds. Lady at front desk also lied and said manager said to give me 4 rooms for price of two, which she did not do.

I arrived to a sign on the front door saying the front desk is closed after 10:00 P.M. There was a phone in the entryway. After dialing 0 for assistance and going through the automated menus to check in, I was put on hold for several minutes before being cut off. So, for my non-refundable reservation, I ended up with no place to stay for the night.

There was hair !!!! On the sink and towels! Never coming back

One of the dirtier places I have stayed My socks were black in the bottom after staying here each day. Glad I could clean the floor for them. It needed it. I actually did that with paper towels after seeing how dirty it was. I almost left them out on the counter to make a point. I have only stayed in one other place ever that had this problem. We were never able to check in. We needed to check in later due to traveling. They closed the front desk at 10pm and gave away our room/reservation. We were told to go back in the morning during business hours. After a long day, driving to another hotel was last thing we wanted to do but needed to. Otherwise we would have had to sleep in our car.

I like that parking is spacious, what I did not like is when I checked in the toilet has projectile s**t all over the bathroom. It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I was very very disappointed. And they moved us in a place where ceilings look like it's leaking some type of liquid out and the tub looks so unclean, I had to shower with my slippers on just to make sure I don't catch any fungus going around there. Overall it was a terrible stay. Very disappointed
