The rooms get cleaned once in 2 weeks. We saw blood stained bed sheets. Dirty bathrooms. No gym, no swimming pool. There is no breakfast in reality, it is just hot water. There is a room for improvement. Thank You!

Couldn't get into my room I was given the key card to my room and i got into the room with no problem. We i left out the room and try to get back in, tge key card wouldn't wory. The young lady desk clerk (Francesca) tried everything she knew to reset the door lock. I was locked out of my room for 2 hours until someone call the desk clerk back. My door was finally open by the desk clerk after it took the manager or the maintenance man to call back to help solve the problem. I would like to commend the excellent service the de... read more

I’m not one to leave bad reviews as I am pretty easy going but it is hard not to in this case. I’ve listed the pros and cons but the ONE thing that led me to a negative review is there was a TURD on the bathroom floor. Positives: Price and location Cons: Front desk was not attentive. There was a sign that is up that says they will be right with you because they are helping another guest while in reality they are around the corner chatting.
