Foul Heinous. Room was dirty and reeked of cigarettes. Hair all over the bed. No kitchen supplies for an “extended stay”. Was so gross I left early.

Is very bad , they didn’t clean room , and it smells bad

There is no more Continental Breakfast.. sink in kitchen was constantly dripping. Floor was so sticky my shoes were getting stuck on floor. Limited on towels. I have always stayed at Extended Inn but this time it was not worth the price.

Easy parking and safe location but room was dirty, mattress had a lot of hair and stains, and weird smell in hallway and in room

Do not stay here unless it’s a last resort. The staff is barely available to help, they hoard towels, you take your own garbage out, the water in the sink barely runs, the shower heat and cold signs were on the opposite side, and the smell in the hallway was horrible. The only good thing is the convenience of distance to the attractions nearby. I will never be staying here again.

The staff was really nice but id say for the overall stay...iv stayed at better hotels the floors where sticky the bathrooms weren't very clean I think its also kinda silly if you have a room with a kitchen you have to buy a pot and pan set... and the windows had a bread clip to hold the curtains together.. also the air conditioner did not work correctly.. it definitely was a good location to walk to the arena but I think id pay a little more for a better hotel

Run, don’t walk. There was no kitchen utensils to use, no hand towels, the lobby smelled bad, there were people lording around the hotel. There was no staff at the front desk for check out until 10am on Sunday?!? Will not recommend or stay here again when we come back to visit our daughter and her family who lives 10 mins down the road.

Nice staff: ok property The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel itself is a long term stay so you don’t see much of the desk staff. There was a garbage smell in the hallway and some of the guests had a party one night. Since staff is not onsite, there’s no one to report it to. Animals are also allowed so we had 2 large barking dogs nearby. The rooms are like dorm rooms. Very basic. It’s a place to stay when needed but not a return

Check in was closed when we arrived and we had to wait outside for central reservations to get someone to let us in. We were then informed the property no longer has breakfast. The front desk gave me a room key that didn’t work and I was locked out of the hotel waiting in the phone at the door for over 30min trying to get in. No one ever answered but luckily another guest let me in.
