The room smelled like mildew. The tub was dirt. And I was unaware of their policy on cleaning rooms once every 7 days. I am used to getting my hotel rooms cleaned everyday.
Clean Up Please! This is my second time staying at an Extended Stay hotel & will most likely be my last. They do not clean these rooms. The floor needed to be swept, tub needed to be clean, & the counter needed to be cleaned off.
Lacked a proper cleaning There was a sock in the bathroom from the last person staying there. Used soap bar in shower. Floor not swept and there was crumbs and dirt on the hardwood floors
Awesome service The lady that was at the front desk when we checked in was so sweet and helped us our a great amount. We were really happy with her.
