Basic but clean, excellent for money you paid, comfortable bed. The shower in room 235 was very loudy when you turn the water. overall good cheap hotel.

Overall good The smoking rooms I feel could use some air fresheners. The pillows are terrible. Other than that staff was friendly hotel was clean.

Shaking my head Customer service was terrible!!! Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of arguing with the on-site attendant about towels and bed sheets. I called the customer service line immediately however they couldn’t even locate my room. I have attempted followed up with the site manager and hours later I’m currently waiting on a return call.
