Big price. Little service No Continental brkfst. Only "grab n go" with coffee, muffins and granola bars. No room service. You have to go down to the desk to exchange towels.

They were not very accommodating with our early flight. We were stranded at the airport and had to take a taxi to the hotel with all of our luggage in tow. There was no rooms or storage room available or restrooms. The clerk suggested I walk about a half mile to a small station for that purpose. Instead I called enterprise rentals, they came and picked us up and we headed into Chicago immediately. This was about 11am. We came back later that afternoon to check in. Cozy Quite and cozy getaway, with nice surroundings restaurants and shopping malls.

Nice place to stay with a kitchen flexibility Old but clean. Bathroom works good. No signs of mold or mildew. Kitchen in the room is a blast! Linen clean, bed was comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood, 35 mins to O'Hare, 10 mins to the nearest Target. Sea food restaurant nearby.
