The location is very convenient, and the staff was helpful and polite. But the condition & cleanliness of the room wasn't good. There was a noticeable musty smell as soon as you walked in the room, which never went away, even with the fan on, as well as the smell of stale cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room. There was mold around the edges of the bathtub, and the cover on the florescent light in the kitchen was completely off. The in-room AC cooled sufficiently, but it was very loud. Rooms were great.
When we first arrived it was very late so the lobby was closed I expected to have a difficult time but there is a phone in the entryway to call someone to come to the reception area. It was pretty easy and she didn’t seem to be bothered by me waking her up. Then we went to our room which wasn’t clean at all. It was only half done by housekeeping so I had to go back down to reception, wake the lady up again for the second time, and move all of our stuff back down to the first floor to our new room which was very clean for a p... read more
