Disappointing for the money. We had to call at the front desk to get someone to check us in even though we were there before the posted after hour times. Then hallways smelled like a combination of cigarette and Marijuana smoke. The room itself didnt smell, but it looked more like a 20+ yr old dorm room than a hotel room. The beds were essentially cots with a thin mattress on them. Couldnt even take a shower because the lever to turn it on was jammed. Worst hotel experience ever!!! My husband and I had to book a hotel last minute because we were flying out to Cabo the next morning and we needed a hotel close to the airport. We went on to Hotels.com booked this room for one night drove down from columbus oh only to get to the hotel and no one is at the front desk it says to pick up the phone a dial a number on the wall. The place ALL smells like smoke! I try getting my money back for the second night since I couldn’t stay pass one day on that smell and EXPEDIA won’t give me a refund.
