Friendly staff, just horrible rooms. Booked a smoking-free room. I got there late at night, turns out they gave my room away to someone. Who even does that? Then they put me up in the only room they had left over, which was a horrendous smoking room. I couldn't do anything about it because it was the last room they had. I struggled to breathe. It was that severe. I had a graduate school interview the next day and my brand new suit REEKED of smoke. However, the staff was kind and very apologetic, so this is nothing against th... read more

Not the best place to stay Our bed was not queen-sized, it was a full size. There was no shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer or blow dryer, although there was bar soap and toilet paper! Originally we were assigned and given keys to an occupied room which made me uncomfortable all night thinking they may assign our room to a late arrival. I did not want anyone to assume our room was empty and available to other occupants. Desk workers, although polite, did not seem to be very adept at their job.

ALWAYS COMPLICATIONS !! I was not able to stay this time but I stayed there one year ago.Last year there were complications in me getting my rooms BUT they were taken care of and I was compensated.This year more complications .I reserved two double bed rooms and upon arrival they only offered four single bed rooms and an I'm sorry it is Hotels.com's fault.So I did not stay there and won't reserve anything there If I can help again!!!!!!

Vacation We reserve a room for Wednesday at 3:00pm check in and when we got there the room wasn't ready. It took them 4 hrs to have our room ready. It was awful. Do not recommen.

Everything smelled like smoke This place was really low end. Limited towels limited service unlimited everything. Mostly weekly rentals if that gives you an idea

No rooms at the inn Did not stay because they gave my reserved room away and did not notify me in advance that there were no rooms available. Still wondering how there weren't any rooms left and there are reservations required. Never will I ever use them again! Horrible front desk service as well.

No room with reservation I made a reservation two weeks before my arrival date and received a confirmation at time of booking and another 4 days before check-in. I arrived at 6:00pm to check-in and was told that there weren't any rooms left and someone was supposed to call me that day! Uhh hold up what?!? How is it that they're out of rooms and haven't fulfilled reservations yet?! The girl at the front desk was not helpful AT ALL! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Great for illegal activity... stay away! At first, we thought it we be okay. Limited housekeeping really means limited. You take your own trash out to dumpster and go to the front desk to receive new towels and toilet paper. Room next to ours reeked of marijuana and the smell comes right through the paper thin walls. Thought I was going to get high every time I used the bathroom. Saw a "lady of the night" in the elevator and then later outside talking with her "employer". Never Again I booked a 1 night stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, I was asked when I booked the room. They couldn't find us a room that was available. My name was on the list and they were so confused about how I was able to have a reservation and not have any vacancy. They kept looking and so they just didn't have any rooms, I told them it was fine because I could easily go to another hotel right down the road that was nicer and just a little bit more money.
