crak house to many people smoking Marijuana all day nasty hotel

Read the fine print No ice machine in the building. No coffee maker in the room or available in the "lobby". Coffee only through vending machines on 1st floor. Bare bones accommodations. Rooms set up as efficiencies. Read the fine print

Terrible! Worst hotel ever. Nasty please dont stay here u dont get ur money back and dif than any other hotel. Worst hotel.

Never Got a Chance to Stay The reservation I made there 6 months ago, was not available. After a 10 hour drive we were told, our room had been given to someone else but we could have a "smoking room". I have emphasyma and sleep with a CPAP. Hotels.com would not speak to us over the phone and kept hanging up. I guess you aren't much for problem solving. Terrible place We asked for a non smoking room months ago but they didn't have one when we went to check in ! The hallways and elevator reeked with smoke smell ! Beds were hard and shower didn't work very well

Minimal taken to the extreme. There was nothing comfortable about it. Terrible mattress. No comfortable chair to sit in. Only chairs were kitchen chairs.

Uncomfortable unable to remain for my reservation Room had an odor. Room was not cleaned. Remains of bugs on floor.

Not what I expected Not as expected, was an extended stay hotel, needed only for a night and was picked due to airport proximity. Nothing but sheet on pull out bed - no pillows or cover. Requested nonsmoking got smoking and a full and pullout bed, No ice,not comfortable.

It sucks. Service sucks. Front desk is unfriendly, if you want toilet paper or new sheets or anything you have to pay $10 extra. Not sure if it's just the staff that is illegally charging this $10 fee or if it is actually part of the chain's policy of trying to nickel and dime you. You even have to take out your own garbage all the way across the parking lot. You get no service at all. I was there 2 weeks and not once did I get any new towels, TP or any cleaning at all. Luckily I brought my own towels and TP.
