Left in a hurry Had to check out and now waiting on a refund that is gonna take 2 weeks to return to me. Woke up to bed bugs crawling on the bed. Was told by a cleaning person that the room had recently been treated. So now I'm out of my money and had to sleep in my vehicle til my belongings got treated for bugs and I didn't infest any friends home.

It was a very modest place We arrived about 11:00 p.m. no one was at front desk, another guest who had two small children had to show me how to call personnel, No shampoo, no hair dryer, etc generally disappointing. Very near the interstate so traffic noise coupled with noise form unit above made it difficult to sleep.

Dorm room with uncomfortable bed Warning do not stay here unless it is a one night stay or it's your very last resort. I stayed here for two weeks and every moment spent I wished I had done more research on this place. Sparse and Institutional. This place is so bare bones it doesn't even have a lobby. Only a part time window inside a cubicle which must be opened with a room key. There is absolutely nothing welcoming about the property - at check-in a full page double-sided pamphlet is received outlining all the things guests are not allowed to do. It feels institutional. The sheets had not been changed, (hair and dirt), and the pillows were terrible.

Never, would I go here again! This hotel is nothing but apartment housing. Most tenants seemed to be living there for weeks or months and it smelled like it. They call it a suite, but it's nothing but very cheap furniture and a stove top and refrigerator. There are no pots, pans, plates or cups. The bed was horrible and the sheets were brown with overuse. Cost versus comfort We travel for a living and decided to try this place out due to the cost and reviews. We were scheduled to stay for 6 days. Enclosed are the things you need to know before you book this hotel. On the web page they offer a coffee pot, hair dryer, iron but when we requested these items they said they will only sell them to you and not lend them out. This is not a hotel! This looks like a hotel, but when you enter it you will find that it is a long term stay type apartment for all walks of life. No iron or shampoo in the room, flooring is all vinyl and bed is cheapest, most uncomfortable mattress I have ever "tried" to sleep on. Regardless of the brand new renovation and name change from Value Place, its designed for long term or "halfway house" type tenants.
