The room was too small , NO coffee maker in room . No upholstered chair. The place was clean

Room was a very poor value for the money. No amenities or service. Will never stay at a Woodspring Suites again.

Choose another hotel Horrible stay! We had a nonsmoking room that was directly below a smoking room. The smell and actual smoke was overpowering. I complained and was not moved, even after the staff said the smell was bad. All of our clothes had to be washed several times to get the smoke out and my purse had to be thrown out due to the stench.

Under Construction STAY AWAY! "Value Inn" is gone. When I made this reservation (two days in advance) it was called Value Inn. When I showed up, it was WoodSpring Suites, except it wasn't done. The parking lot was full of construction equipment and it didn't even look open. I spent ten minutes driving around the business park looking for Value Inn. Didn't even check in Arrived at the hotel at 5 pm (check in time listed as 3 pm) and was told we would have to wait for an hour as there were no rooms ready. There was also told there was only smoking rooms available. After spending 8 hours on the road and being pregnant that is about the last thing you want to hear! When i expressed that I was unhappy, the woman told me there was 14 check ins and only one house keeper. I find this to be inexcusable. We assumed this was a regular hotel. It wasn't. It was geared towards folks that were staying there for weeks/months. There wasn't shampoo or soap in the bathroom. There were not any towels. If you wanted towels, you had to pay extra.

Clerk Gave my room to someone else before I got th My room was sold out from under me because we did not get there until about 8pm. The excuse given was that the room wasn't available because the maid had gone home sick and it wasn't clean. The clerk sent me next door to the Days Inn.

worst beds ever. I want to like the place for the low price we paid. but I hated every minute I was there was hard wood floors. it looked and felt like I was in a hospital room. the bed was so Un comfortable it was horrible. the people that worked there were great but I didn't sleep at all the hole week really. it just felt cold and unwelcoming in the room. but words can not explain how horrible the bed was.

sorry place to stay and not a value in 2 weeks they cleaned the room once and didnt even take out the trash they charge by the day or by the week for wifi have frinds staying at other hotels in the area here for business paying alot less nicer room and are cleaned everyday free wifi i will be coming back in the fall for 6 weeks but i wouldnt let my dog stay here after i seen eveything i stay in hotels 225 nights a year with my work by far the worst one yet
