Overbooked and took my money I booked this stay over a month ago and I had it already paid for and upon arrival was told that there were no rooms available. The hotel overbooked. The hotel desk person asked if I had called to confirm. Why the hell would I need to do that when it was already paid for? I ended up going 2 hotels over and had to pay $55 more but the personnel there were very kind and understanding. Probably will never use hotels.com and/or extended stay again.

Overbooked Hotel and didn’t get room I Prepaid. Hotel overbooked, I didn’t get a room and couldn’t Contact Hotels.com. I used 1 Reward Night and Credit Card for this Booking. I had to go searching for a Hotel with Availability. Not a Pleasant Experience using Hotels.com as a Gold Member.

No Ice no cups no hairdryer grab and go breakfast

My reservation was never confirmed with the hotel through Expedia. I got an email confirmation and when I showed up, there was no reservation and no rooms available for me. I had to go elsewhere. Staff was friendly and tried to make room for me but unfortunately I could not stay there.

Stayed one time pretty good experience but the front desk. Had to stand there at least 30 minutes before anyone one would show up..I actually called the hotel phone number to get someone to help me, even the operator couldn’t reach them. The next time same experience with the front desk. Also in our room saw cockroach’s in our room. We left as soon as we could…I will say we received a full refund.

Never Stay Here Again When we arrived in our first room it was standing open and filled with freshly smoked smell of pot - Nasty! Moved to a second room where we encountered the same problem. This went on throughout our entire stay

Great service, ok hotel Check in and service was great. The receptionist went out of her way to make us comfortable and explain things in the area to us. The hotel has very big open rooms, my only complaint is that they are a little tired feeling. The bathrooms and kitchens have wood laminate which is nice but the paint and carpet just feel a little old and have a little musty smell. Over all we slept comfortably and the service made it a great experience
