It was awful! The hotel was dirty and the hallways always smelled. Our kitchen was not stocked with the required dishes and when we called down to ask for them the desk clerk made us come down and carry everything up. The toilet constantly clogged and again, we had to go downstairs to get the plunger. Our room was never cleaned even after asking. The staff were friendly but the facility needs updates and the bed was terrible.

First then when getting there about 3 people where standing in frount of the entrance smoking had to walk through them not by them to get to frount desk to check in, i had to walk to lobby to get bedding for the couch in the room, the next day had to walk down and get fresh towels and some dishes for the kitchen. It was easy to get to. We did find some items in the pull out sofa beds, so not really sure if they got cleaned. It was decent for the time spent there. Parking was pretty full so a little difficult to truck 4 kids around the building after parking to enter building.
