It was not good. The floor was dirty, the tv didnt work, we has 1 small blanket and the room had no garbage can. The only reason we didnt complain to the front desk was becausw they lady was so nice. Lets just say, i wouldnt come back after spending that kind of money

I am not sure how clean they cleaned the room as I found a drawer full of clothes.

Room smelled terrible

This was an extended stay hotel with a kitchenette, not a pan, plate, coffee pot etc in room. The carpet was very dirty and had food on it. Cleaning lady in hall when I arrived. There was trash in the hall that was still there after she left. The person that checked me in was very accommodating and nice. I was traveling with a pet and she did not have any pet rooms available. She called her manager and was able to get me a room with my dog.

Amazing service I dont leave review much and if i do it’s because i had a bad experience. But this review is far from negative. Service from the entire staff was 10/10. Especially Pam (sorry if i got your name wrong) i ended up staying 2 more nights than my original overnight stay. The necessary amenities were obvious. Steps were taken to insure Covid protection. Breakfast was a choice of hot drinks, oatmeal packets, or a granola bar. Thankfully, most staying were work related and in bed before 11pm. However, between 5am and 6am there was a large number up preparing to go to work.
