Nice and clean. Our bed only had one night stand...would have been nice to have one for both of us to put our phones. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast included, but it couldn’t be found. They may not have offered it due to COVID-19, but it was never mentioned to us.

Best Hotel in Florence The room was really nice. Staff was very pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to help with any of our needs. They only thing was the kitchen cabinet and walls was dirty. Other than it is by far the cleanest and nices place around Northen Kentucky

I like the location, and I liked the price. I didn't like anything else, next time I will stay at the . loud guests, confusing set up (where is the front door?). It is particularly disappointing, as the other location is much nicer.
