Hotel for out of town workers, not a family hotel. Tub was dirty, oven was dirty, room smelled like old carpet. Have not stayed at one of Extended Stay Hotels before, but was disappointed that no daily services are provided unless you pay extra. Cost of room was already comparable to other hotels providing daily service. ( towels, sheets, trash, etc )

We arrived to find the elevator out of order. We were ok with that, but there was loud music in the gym which is located on the second floor. Also, the room wasn’t the cleanest. I hate writing unpleasant reviews, but I hope this may bring improvements for future guests.

It’s not worth the cost. Rude staff. Reeked of smoke because every time an employee had a moment they smoked outside the front door. Halls and all public areas were very smoky from them. No ice machine. No ice in rooms, No pool as it had recently been filled in. Elevator broken. Totally not a nice way to relax.
