Dated hotel with a high price Check in was delayed 'Coz the staff went somewhere, and its often the case. Looks like the two staff manage the whole hotel. Only 2 towels for 6 people, had to ask for more. Nothing is replaced every day. Only 2 small trash bins for a room with a kitchenette. No room service. The stove is from the 50s, very slow to heat up. The beds were uncomfortable and caused back pain. The lobby is small with a small door leading to the elevator. Can't move the luggage cart. This was an older hotel. You had to ask for coffee pot and other amenities that should have been in the room. The staff were kind and helpful, but there wasn't enough to cover all of the needs of the hotel customers. I waited at the desk for 30 min just to get towels. The rooms were not cleaned very well (hair in the bath). It says that it's a smoke free environment, but it smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Nice rooms close to everything Lady at the front desk when we checked in was very nice and helpful the other days they were ok but didn't seem to go above and beyond.. Our room was a good size for our family of 5 w a full kitchen room was very clean but was td we would not have housekeeping for our stay that we would need to take our trash from our room to the dumpsters outside and no one would come in and clean our room any.. being that we had a family of 5 3 kids 7 3 and 9 months I would have liked to had the room cleaned ... read more

Strange residents We were there and three Florence Police cars came racing in.. This place should have security guard walking the hotel. The place smelled like smoke.. My children felt very unsafe...

In restful stay away from home We had a very noisy family upstairs not sure if parents were there or not jumping and running till late at night and early in morning. There were people coming ang going all hours of night we were close to outside door and the slamming of doors went on all night. Not a very peaceful trip at all we will definitely find hotels that do not have long term residents they were very inconsiderate

Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating, facilities were clean and comfortable. Only complaint was noise level. Rooms weren't very sound proof.

Awesome pool, uncomfortable sofa bed. Our stay was good. We stayed for 2 nights. The pool was the best part. Very clean. The room was very spacious and very clean. Despite the comfort of the sofa bed mattress, which was horrible, and the smell of ppl smoking Marijuana in their rooms, our stay was pleasant.
