nice location! We stayed here so we could visit the creation Museum, Ark encounter, and Newport aquarium. Great location for all! Hotel was pretty quiet & it was convenient to have a shopping center nearby. The staff were great, especially Pam !! she was really sweet and accommodating! The room was very spacious and tidy. We did have some ants that came in through the vent ( outside wall), they really were only a few but Pam came up right away and sprayed the area for us. All in all It was a pretty good experience !! :)

Good location that met our needs This hotel is very nice, with clean rooms and mostly friendly staff. HOWEVER, the "breakfast" is really just a snack and should not be advertised as breakfast. There is also no ice machine; when I questioned where to find one, was told by a staff member that I needed to make my own in my room! True, we did have a fridge, but I didn't know I had to make my own ice, and when I wanted to fill my water container for the day, there was no ice to put in it. Ok, not awe inspiring. Mediocre...beds definitely were not comfortable. Lobby and halls smelled like food. Our first room had a very noisy refrigerator and a cabinet door falling off. We were going to ignore those items but the keycard system locked us out so we went to the desk. The desk clerk was very nice and kindly offered us a different room, which was in much nicer condition. However, I feel sorry for anyone on a long term assignment sleeping in the beds. Great room for the money.! The acommodations were great except the bathtub did not drain well. It took 20 minutes after taking a shower for the tub to drain. The Wi-fi was lousy and the continental breakfast was a joke. It was called a grab and go continental breakfast. There was no place to sit down in the breakfast area. The breakfast consisted of muffins, packaged oatmeal and granola bars. Thankfully there are several restaurants in the area..

Hotel and staff were nice. Very clean. The only bad thing were the pillows and bed. They were uncomfortable.

Nice but odd It was very tedious to have to ask for each item in the kitchen as the dishes, etc needed to be noted in the file for the room. And it was difficult to find the one person on staff to obtain needed items, like a mug. However, the staff was very friendly and kind, very welcoming.

Our overnight stay We stopped on this hotel to get some rest after a long day driving and having another full day driving ahead of us. We stayed on a mini studio and our room was very spacious, with 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, mini kitchen with full size refrigerator with freezer, a stove and microwave. The room was clean, with plenty of extra linens and blanket. Bathroom was small but had clean towels and it looked cleaned. Affordable motel in good location Rooms were spacious and clean but walls are thin. One person traveling with us had to switch rooms after one night because of the noise from above. He could hear people walking and their squeaky mattress. Pam, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful when a room change was requested. When we asked for clean towels the second evening, the fellow at the desk told us we'd have to bring our dirty ones down to the front desk to get clean ones. Roomy, ideal for visits to Ark, Creation Museum Plenty of room with two queen beds and sofa bed. Got the deluxe suite. Staff was excellent, always ready to bring supplies to the room when asked. Beds were very comfortable. Nice to have full kitchen in room. Grab n go breakfast was okay, as we knew ahead of time what was offered from online reviews.
