You get what you pay for.. cheap hotel and it shows. Had to wait on the one person working to get off her smoke break to check us in. Keycards didn't work right, door to both the room and the bathroom wouldn't shut right. Bathroom was fairly clean at least. Again - you get what you pay for. If you need a cheap room for the night, this is fine. Would never bring my entire family here though!

I tried to Check-in about 6 o'clock.And the rooms were not cleaned and they're like well.You can file for a refund. So they said it would only take about 30 minutes and they're taking an hour and a 1/2. I finally get in my room by 8 o'clock, not happy.

Worst cable selection have ever had. Locks on outside doors very sensitive. Stressed instructions/rules and threatened penalties if disobeyed (signing up for wifi) and if had a problem had to wait a long time for one person to solve because the desk manager had to go through all the rules and regs with everyone ahead of you in line.

The check in was rediculous after 10. They close therr front desk. Never heard if a hotel closing there.front desk!!! Had to wait 15 mins for customer service to gst someone to check me in The email lied and said there was a grab and go breakfast and there was no grab and go breakfast. There was a springy hair in the sink The tub had a burn mark. Room smelled musty. Some kinda like glue or something on the comforter. Wont be back there.

No Help Office closes at 10pm. Our key would not work second night and we stood in hallway, after calling the number they said, for 25 minutes before someone came down to let another customer in. NOT a place to stay when traveling!!!
