Bedding wasn’t changed. It was covered in hair, but Front Desk personnel changed it. The bed itself was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I had a more comfortable bed in prison. The property advertising is misleading because they don’t provide kitchen ware as advertised. You must buy it. Will never stay here again.

Nightmare Smelled like marijuana. Slow check in. Dirty room exhaust fan, tv wouldn't power on, likely due to batteries in remote. AND WORST, NON WORKING SHOWER. Diverted rusted, pulling tab up to shower it wouldn't come on. We checked in closer to midnight and there was no maintainence on site and they were at capacity so we were stuck with the inability to shower. first room they assigned me to someone was already staying in second room was dusty and dirty sheets dirty it says no smoking yet we could smell smoking coming in our room every night

I am so disappointed in our stay. We had to leave at 3 am because the smell was so bad. We were just sitting to stay the night somewhere while our house was being painted. Nothing like the pictures!! Customer service was so disappointing as well. Tried our room key 3 times.. up and down an elevator at 12 at night to try to just get some sleep. To open the door and be so disappointed!
