It was truly downright scary, and my toilet was broken and leaky. I had to sign myself out and find another hotel quickly.

Literal worst case scenario for traveler I booked and paid for a room. I tried to check in around 2pm (check in is at 3) and they wouldn’t let me. I told them I wouldn’t be able to be back until after midnight. When I return after midnight they tell me they gave my room to someone else/ no rooms available. Since I booked through you they offered no help. Neither did you when they tried to find a new room at 12:30am. You guys couldn’t either. Do no Book with Hotels.com Do not book with Hotels.com my stay was overbooked, and it took 2 hours on the phone to get me an alternative at Red Roof Inn which was absolutely disgusting! Not to mention this cost me potentially thousands of dollars in missed revenue due to being on hold for 2 hours. Will never use or recommend again!
