Where do I even start….. the place is absolutely disgusting. Filthy stained sheet, dust and dirt everywhere, REAKS like cigarette smoke AND literal cockroaches in our room!!!!! My husband literally had to go around and kill bugs while I striped the beds and changed the sheets. The outside grounds are filthy with rust everywhere. We felt so incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe in this hotel. But we had no choice since it was 2am and we had no where to sleep because of a diverted flight. Never ever ever ever stay here. Please.

Never stay here!! I reserved this room for my son. When he got to the room there were no pillows or toilet paper. There were less than desirable people hanging out in the parking lotband his window didn't lock.He went back to the desk and no one was there to assist him. He called the hotel phone and no one answered. He called me and I told him to check out and I made a reservation at a nearby hotel. nasty tv broke room was dirty roaches
Couldn't even get checked in. I was unable to check in when I arrived. It was after hours, so I contacted the number listed by the front desk at least 15 times and continued to receive the message that the line was unavailable. This was after 10.5 hours of driving. I will be contacting the hotel directly to receive a full refund.
When I arrived at 11:00 pm and called the answering service, they in turn called the manager on staff who had the answering service person inform me that they full and there were other Wood Spring Suites I could go to. I needed to be in this area so I picked another hotel to stay the six days in.
